Registration Deadline for State 2027: TBA
Registration is $20 per project and should be paid no later than March 20. Credit card payments can be submitted through our payment portal, https://aub.ie/ASEF-registration. Visa and MC are the only merchants accepted.

Scholarship: The recipient of the MRSEF scholarship cannot combine this scholarship with the Freshman Admissions Scholarships. It does not cover room and board or meal plans.
Best-In-Show Summer Engineering Academy Awards: 1st place in the Best-In-Show (Senior Division only) will receive a full (total value $285) scholarship from the College of Engineering for the 2022 Summer Engineering Academy. If you wish to attend, please fill out the online application. For the three additional Best-In-Show's (2nd and two runners up), the College of Engineering will award a 50% scholarship for the Summer Engineering Academy. Please apply through the link above.
